At Xiaofu Power, we’re constantly exploring ways to make energy more flexible, efficient, and accessible—especially in the fast-evolving world of electric vehicles and renewable power. Today, we’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at one of our latest lab tests: a seamless cross-system energy flow demonstration combining Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) at 60kW with Grid-to-Vehicle (G2V) at 90kW.
The Setup: Creating an Intelligent Energy Loop ⚡🔄
In this test, we pushed our mobile energy storage systems to new limits by integrating multiple components in a single, closed-loop configuration:
- Energy Storage Cabinet as the primary source
- V2L Module (60kW): Drawing power from the cabinet and converting it to stable 3-phase AC output
- G2V System (90kW): Simultaneously activated and powered by the V2L output
- Mobile Energy Storage Unit: Receiving high-efficiency DC fast charging from the G2V system
(Plug-and-Play)G2V-Portable Mobile EV Fast DC Charger 20kw 60kw 90kw 120kw
The result? A fully interconnected loop: Storage Cabinet ↔ V2L ↔ G2V ↔ Mobile Storage
Energy flowed intelligently and continuously across these systems without interruption, demonstrating remarkable stability and efficiency even under high loads.
Why This Matters for the Future of Energy 🌍💡
Traditional energy systems often operate in silos—power stays trapped within individual devices or grids. But in real-world scenarios like roadside EV rescues, off-grid construction sites, or emergency response operations, we need energy that adapts on demand.
This test highlights several key advantages:
- High-Power Cross-Device Supply: Enabling robust energy transfer between disparate systems for demanding applications.
- On-Demand Recharging: Mobile storage units can be rapidly replenished without relying on fixed infrastructure.
- New Possibilities for Sustainability: Ideal for off-grid power, emergency backups, and deeper integration of clean energy sources like solar.
By breaking down these barriers, we’re making electricity truly mobile and versatile—helping reduce reliance on fossil fuels and supporting a greener, more resilient energy ecosystem.
Looking Ahead
This is just one step in our ongoing innovation at Xiaofu Power. We’re continuing to refine these technologies to bring even more reliable, high-performance mobile EV charging and energy storage solutions to markets worldwide—from Europe and North America to Asia and beyond.
Energy shouldn’t be confined; it should flow freely to create real value. Stay tuned for more updates as we push the boundaries further!
